SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).

Europe standard 10€  48/72h
express saver 15€  24/48h
Rest of the World express saver 30€ 48/72h

Free standard delivery on all orders over 400€

Order will be shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving your order confirmation during business days (not including public holidays). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with your tracking number and a tracking link.
Shipping times may vary but we work hard to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to customs clearance and duties which must be borne by the client.


PAYMENT

The following payments are accepted:
– Credit and debit card
– PayPal: You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal account.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy. If you want to return or exchange an item please contact us at fiorella@fiorellapratto.com with a detailed description of what you want to return, the reason for the return, plus your order number, address and full name. Any claim outside the 14 days will not be accepted.

**For returns the customer will bear shipping costs and any associated bank fees or commissions incurred resulting from the reimbursement wire transfer.

Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
All items must be returned through our logistics partner UPS.
To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label. We will send you the shipping label and credit note to join to the parcel. Insert the document in the pouch and stick it to the parcel. The label must be clearly visible. The customer must take the parcel to the closest UPS Access Point for delivery. We can provide you with this information from your post code data.

To be eligible for a return all returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with all tags attached. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
